Asia Cup 2022 will be hosted by Sri Lanka in UAE. A total of 13 matches will take place during the Asia Cup 2022. The final will be played on September 11 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. India is the defending champions of the tournament as they won the previous edition back in 2018.

There are 2 groups in Asia Cup 2022- Group A and Group B. Group A consists of India, Pakistan, and Hong Kong. Group B comprises Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. After the first round, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the super 4 round. After the super 4 round, the top two teams will qualify for the final encounter.
The venue for Asia Cup 2022 is UAE. However, the host of the tournament is Sri Lanka. Stadiums like Dubai International Stadium, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, and Abu Dhabi Stadium will host all the matches.
