Jaffna Kings won the last year’s final by defeating Galle Gladiators by 23 runs in the summit clash. The tournament is still in its nascent stage with the tournament having postponed multiple times. This year’s edition was officially scheduled for August but due to Sri Lanka’s economic crisis, the tournament was postponed.
