Transfer, posting ban in education department – Pakistan Observer

The Sindh Education Department has banned transfer and posting in connection with local body elections in Karachi and Hyderabad. The Sindh Education Department has banned the transfer and posting of teaching and non-teaching staff in Karachi and Hyderabad.
Sindh Education Department has also issued a notification banning transfer and posting. It should be noted that according to the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan, local body elections in Karachi and Hyderabad will be held on January 15, 2023.
Meanwhile, the Sindh School Education and Literacy department has announced winter vacations for all public and private educational institutions under its administrative control from December 22 to 31.The above decision was made in the Sindh School Education and Literacy department’s Steering Committee, according to a notification issued here on Tuesday.
